Free Standard Delivery applies on all orders over $70 within Australia.

Free Delivery on international orders with total order of $70 or over. 


The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas

7-10 Business days for some parts of WA, North QLD and most of NT.

*Please note that these delivery timeframes are an estimate only, based off the Australia Post guidelines.

For peace of mind, all packages within Australia are delivered via a tracked Australia Post service. If there is no one present to accept your delivery, Australia Post will leave a notice advising that your parcel will be retrievable from a nearby Post Office (or as indicated on the undeliverable notice).


Any orders placed using PayPal e-Cheque as the payment method will not be dispatched until the payment is cleared. These take between 3-5 business days to clear, and then processing and postage times will commence after this.

This is not an instant service, and we are unable to process your order until the payment is finalised. For more information on e-Cheques, click here. 


Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they’ve been received and accepted.  This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.

We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.

You will receive your Australia Post tracking number via email once your order has dispatched. When you input the tracking number into the online tracking system, you will be notified of the delivery ETA. There can occasionally be postal delays by Australia Post that unfortunately, are out of our control. If you have any concerns about your delivery, we suggest that you first contact Australia Post and cite your tracking reference number.
